Article 21 Any unit or individual shall have the following acts:

(A) the use of an unregistered vendor identification code and corresponding barcode for commodity;

(Iv) any other illegal use of a product code behavior.

Article 22 The seller may not in the name of a product code to the supplier charged into the store fees, slotting fees, processing fees and information, interference barcode application.
